Having dewy, glowy skin is my ultimate goal in life. It's a constant battle, because I naturally have dull, dry skin. I've been trying a few new skin care products, and today we're going to talk about a few from Pixi Beauty.
Pixi Glow
Let's start with the one most of you have probably heard of, the Pixi Glow Mist.
Pixi Beauty Mist
  • Pixi Glow Mist | This is an all over mist for a radiant, dewy effect. I like to use this often. I use it at night before my moisurizer. I use it in the morning after washing my face, before reapplying moisturizer. I also use it before and after applying makeup, in conjunction with my Urban Decay setting sprays. It makes my skin look even more bright and dewy and that's all I want in life. This contains 13 natural oils, as well as aloe vera and fruit extracts.
For years I honestly believed eye creams were a joke. I spent years trying them and giving them away because they didn't do anything for me. As you know, I fell in love with the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Cream, and I'm still using it daily, but now I've added a Pixi 24K Eye Elixir to my routine.
Pixi Beauty Eye Elixir

  • Pixi 24K Eye Elixir | This is an anti-fatigue peptide serum that massages away puffiness and refreshes the eye area. I apply this in the mornings before my eye cream. It's cooling and really does help with the puffiness. It makes me look more awake, and gives my eye area a brghter appearance. I'm really enjoying it. This does contain collagen to repair, peptides to plump fine lines and raspberry to tone.
I'm a moisturizer hoarder. I've tried a ton, I've been impressed by few. I have a couple of different things I like to do to stay moisturized, like apply Argan Oil or Tarte Maracuja Oil to my face at night, or apply my It Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream moisturizer, but I've been trying two from Pixi recently.
Pixi Moisturizer

  • Glowtion Day Dew | Lightweight, radiance boosting moisturizer that soothes while blurring imperfections while giving a lit from within glow. This is a light moisturizer, as it says. It sinks in and absorbs quickly, so it's perfect for right before you apply your makeup, which is what I've been doing. I have dry skin, it's winter, so it's even drier. On top of that, I started using a retinoid 3 weeks ago, which has made it drier, so I have to use a heavy moisturizer every morning, so I'm still using my It Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream in the morning, but I'll use this one in the afternoon, whether I wear makeup or not. I really like how glowy it makes my skin, it does give a fair bit of moisture and I love how quickly it sinks in. It also contains lavender oil to help calm the skin.
Pixi Beauty Moisturizer

  • Beauty Sleep Cream | This is a nourishing night treatment to comfort and soothe skin. I've really been enjoying this. As I mentioned, I've been using oils at night, so I'll apply the oil, let it sink in, and apply this on top and I love how it's been working for me. It's definitely moisturizing and very nice. It has 100% natural mango butter, lavender, lemon & bergamot oils.

All of these products are cruelty free.
I've been really enjoying adding these products to my routine, and I'll be sharing the other products, like the Argan Oil and Retinoid I've been using very soon.

  1. I haven't tried PIXI yet, but I do have some tonic that I got in a box (or advent calendar) from them that I am excited to try. I do like the packaging of the eye elixir - roller ball is so easy for under eye application.
