Do you love your selfie? It's a question you ask yourself before you post a picture online. It something you probably ask yourself every time you take a selfie. I'm guilty of taking upwards of 50 to get the right one. It happens. But here is the Pur Cosmetics Love Your Selfie 2 palette!
Pur Cosmetics Love Your Selfie 2 Review
Pur Cosmetics recently released the Love Your Selfie 2 palette and sent one over for me to test, swatch and review. They also sent a little ring light with it that clips on my phone, and I'm pretty much obsessed with it.

This palette includes 8 shadows, 3 cheek products, a matte lippie, lip gloss and mini mascara.

The first thing I noticed is the range of shades in this palette. The eyeshadows are all neutral colors, even the colors are very neutral.
  • Headshot is a matte light cream
  • Statuesque is a matte light neutral brown
  • Panorama is a medium bronzer with golden shimmer
  • Abstract is a satin taupe with purple undertones
  • Pose is a matte pink toned cream
  • Sketch is a satin burgundy
  • Megapixel is an old gold with gold shimmer
  • Paparazzi is an olive green with golden shimmer
Even though there are colors like the burgundy and olive, they are still pretty neutral and that makes this palette very easy to use as the colors all pair well together.

The formula is good. The shadows are creamy and pigmented, but slightly powdery and have fall out, so that's something to watch out for. I've been using this palette lately and I'm obsessed with Paparazzi, the olive green.

Given the Olive, Burgundy and Taupe tones in the palette, this will work nicely into fall and winter.

The cheek colors are
  • Overexposed a creamy pink highlight with a very natural sheen.
  • Photogenic is a light peach/coral blush with a light golden sheen.
  • Composition is a warm bronzer with slightly peach undertones.
The bronzer is very pigmented, while the blush and highlight are sheer, but buildable. The bronzer blends out really well and applied in a sheer layer would be gorgeous as a neutral blush.

The final 3 products are the mascara, lipstick and lipgloss.

  • Velvet Matte Lip Pencil 'Focal Point' is a medium mauve toned nude. Very pigmented and creamy but matte.
  • Lip Gloss 'Silhouette' is also a medium mauve toned nude. It's also very pigmented and slightly sticky.
  • Fully Charged Mascara is also included, in a mini. I've reviewed this in the past, you can find the review here.
Overall, I'm really enjoying this palette. You can find it at Ulta for $42.
