I'm a full time college student, I'm married, I have 8 pets, I have two unpaid internships and I run this blog & all of my social media. 

You could say I'm busy. Being as busy as I am, it's hard to find time to do the things I need and want to do, but I still try to find a way.
Despite how tired and stressed I get, I go to the gym at least 3 days a week, but my goal is 5. I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but when you're busy it can get difficult and sometimes you just do NOT want to grab a bottle of water. Sometimes you need something to perk you up, sometimes you need something to calm you down, sometimes something to help you sleep.

Life is a struggle that we all share. I want to give you a couple of tips on how I maintain a healthy lifestyle despite having a million things to do every single day.

As I mentioned, I go to the gym at least 3 days a week. I really prefer to go 5 days, but sometimes that just isn't possible. 
I'm not home often, I'm generally gone from 8 AM - 7 PM, and there really aren't any breaks in there where I have free time. Too many errands and classes. For this reason, I like to keep good on-the-go snacks with me to keep me from stopping by a drive thru. 
Some of these are protein bars(I love the Quest Cookie Dough Bars), granola bars, an apple or banana, little snack packs from Graze, basically anything healthier and easy to throw in my bag.
I also like to keep my drinks for the day with me, so I'll normally take a couple of bottles of water with me when I leave, but occasionally I want to drink something that isn't water, such as Snapple Straight Up Tea, which I drink if I need something to perk me up. Plus, as a lover of tea, it's perfect!
If I'm super stressed, I'll grab a Neuro Bliss, which is a lightly carbonated drink containing ingredients meant to de-stress and relax you. 
Once I'm ready to go to bed for the night, I like to grab a Neuro Sleep, which is non-carbonated and formulated to help you get your much needed rest.
I like to grab these products at Walmart during my weekly trip grocery shopping. They're located in the aisle with the bottled water. 
Any of the three I mentioned (Snapple Straight Up Tea, Neuro Bliss and Neuro Sleep) are a great alternative to plain water, although I recommend saving Neuro Sleep for bed time.
