It's my favorite time of year. It's fall, when the leaves change, weather gets cooler, boots and leggings are a staple and the holiday collections are released.
Yes, it's early and no I didn't buy these for other people. Holiday collections are a great opportunity to try a lot of products for a much nicer price tag.
This is the time to be stingy! :)
I recently picked up two pieces of the Too Faced Holiday 2014 Collection.
Let me start by saying that I love this entire collection, but I only bought the lip kits as I absolutely did not need anymore eyeshadows since I knew I was going to purchase the Lorac Mega Pro Palette.

Let's start with the Melted lipsticks from Too Faced.
This kit retails for $25 and includes 4 Melted Lipsticks in different shades. They are not full size, but they are larger than I expected, which is perfect for trying them out or for someone who has a ton of lip products like I do.
The Colors are:
Melted Nude, Melted Peony, Melted Fuschia and Melted Berry.

These are super pigmented, smooth and opaque. They look great and don't stick to dry patches. They stay on for a few hours without needing touched up, but they aren't extremely long wearing. They're beautiful & worth checking out. You can still get these at Sephora for $25.

The other kit I bought was the 'Under the Mistletoe' 3 piece lipstick set.

These come in the cutest little bag.

The shades are:
Marshmallow Bunny, Spice Spice Baby, Naked Dolly.
These are the shimmer versions of the originals, and they are full size.

These have some glitter in them, but it's not chunky or uncomfortable to wear.
These are on the sheer side, but are definitely buildable without any issues.
They transfer and need touched up often, but they're easy to apply and non-drying, so I don't mind reapplying often.

This is a great deal also. Each of these would retail for $21, but you get 3 for $28.
These are also available on Sephora's website, so I recommend grabbing these as well!

While I totally recommend grabbing these for yourselves, these would make awesome gifts for friends, family, co-workers, etc.

Thanks for reading and I hope this was helpful!
It's too early for a gift guide, but expect one early in November!

xx
