I wanted to review something today, and I couldn't decide what. I've gotten so many new products recently and I was trying to choose. Then I remembered that I recently repurchased my old favorite L'oreal True Match foundation, and I've had quite a few people ask me about it, so here's the review!

L'oreal True Match foundation is something that I've been using for years, literally. It's my go-to, I know it works for me, but it kind of gets pushed to the backburner with all of these new foundations out.

I'm one of those girls that has to try new foundations. No matter how much I like a product, if a new one comes out, I'll get it. I'm always trying to find something better. I can't help myself.

L'oreal

L'oreal True Match foundation is available at the drugstore. It's around $7 for 1 fl oz. and the shade selection is insane! It has the shades broken down into warm, cool or neutral undertones, and each range has a lot of shades. This foundation probably has the best at the drugstore.

The shade I purchased this time was N5 True Beige. I purchased this shade because while I still have a little bit of a tan, I'm not as dark as I usually am, so none of my foundations were working for me.
Once I start tanning again, I'll purchase a darker shade. When I'm tan, I'm normally N7.
*I do have a neutral undertone, but if you are unsure of yours, the neutral range will work for you*

L'oreal

True Match has a medium/buildable coverage. I find that if you build it up, it can get pretty close to full coverage, and layering it doesn't seem to make it cakey.
This foundation is extremely blendable, just as the bottle says. It blends in SO quickly, especially with my Sigma F80 and Sigma F84
This has a pretty matte finish, unlike it's True Match Lumi sister, which I LOVE.

This foundation doesn't oxidize on me like some others will. It also seems to last about 6-8 hours before it begins to fade, if I set it. Keep in mind, I have dry skin, so for someone extremely oily, it may not last as long without touch ups.

The only thing I don't love about this foundation is the packaging. The bottle is cute, it's pretty tough and I like that, but like most drugstore foundations, it has no pump. *True Match Lumi has a pump*
All I need in life is a pump on my foundation.

Overall, I totally recommend L'oreal True Match.
In summary:
+Medium/Buildable Coverage
+Easy to blend
+HUGE shade selection
+Sorted by undertones
+Inexpensive
+Relatively easy to find
+Lasts 6-8 hours
+Doesn't get cakey
+Doesn't oxidize

-Packaging (No pump)

I hope you enjoyed this post! Thanks so much for reading!

Any foundation recommendations? I'm always looking for a new one, high end or drugstore.
As long as it works for dry skin, I'm willing to try it!
xx
