It's time for me to review the Too Faced Pretty Rebel Palette.
This palette is part of the Too Faced Fall 2013 Collection.
I bought this with my own money, and I'm not being compensated for this review.

I saw this palette and immediately decided that I needed it in my life, so here we are. :)

I absolutely love this palette. The colors are vibrant and perfect for fall.
And, who doesn't love a Mean Girl's reference?

So, let's talk about the packaging first & how adorable it is.
The gold packaging with black strap accents is very cute, and rebel-ish.
It is a pretty sturdy palette, which a hard, cardboard outer packaging with a magnet closure.
It does have a mirror, but it has the same issue as the Original Naked palette and most other palettes, being that the mirror won't stand up on it's own, and just flops backward.
The only solution, if you're going to use the mirror, is to hold it or prop it up.
Not a big deal to me, but some people won't like that.
I think this palette is going to be great for travel.

Now, onto the shadows!
There are 10 shadows in this palette, meaning each shadow is approximately $4.
These are a nice size, unlike some palettes.
Also, these are very pigmented, for the most part.
The only shadow that isn't as pigmented is BadAss.

I love that there are the pretty jewel tone colors as well as a few neutrals.
Although, to get use of this palette, you MUST be someone who wears shimmer and/or glitter shadows, because there are only 2 matte colors in the palette.

Before I go into each individual color, know that I had no issues with fall out, personally and no chunky glitter problems!
Also, a little fall out can be remedied by applying your eye makeup BEFORE foundation and concealer.

Let's go right to left, top then bottom.

Dainty is a nice matte highlight color. It's a very light beige-y nude color.

Charming is another matte color. This is a deep brown shade, but it doesn't go on as dark as you would think, unless you layer it quite a lot. Also, it blends out beautifully.

Girly is a very unique color. It's an extreme duo-chrome. It's a warm chocolate brown with a strong green shift. I'd say from seeing Mac Club swatched, it's extremely similar. Also, this shade is VERY pigmented, smooth and easy to apply.

Totally Fetch is a beautiful magenta/hot pink shade. It's not so much shimmery and/or glittery as pearl-ish. It has a blue undertone to it and a beautiful sheen. It's nicely pigmented and applies nicely, not chunky like some brighter shades in other palettes. Also, Mean Girl's reference, so extra points. :)

Miss Sparkles is the last in the top row, and it's a beautiful black glittery shade. Let me tell you, this color has crazy pigmentation, it is BLACK. That being said, it blends so easily, so it can easily be sheered out, if you would like. Or you can build it up to be jet black and amazing.
Also, this shade has the most silver glitter in it. It's similar to Urban Decay Oil Slick, but with less fall out, and it's easier to work with.

Ringleader is a peachy nude shade. It's shimmery, almost frosty and pretty nicely pigmented.
This color applies nicely, and blends wonderfully.

Gangsta is a bronze-y shade, which also seems to be a little frosty, but not an "in your face" frost. It's just enough to give it a nice beautiful sheen. It blends nicely, and the pigmentation is great.

Instigator is golden-green shade. It's a gold with an almost green tint to it.
This also has great pigmentation and blendability.

Badass is a deep blue metallic shade. If built up, it can be a beautiful blue shade. However, this one I had to work a bit more with, but nothing too bad. I've honestly never found a really good deep blue shade that didn't require some extra effort. As much as I love my L'oreal Infallible Pigment in Midnight Blue, it's even harder to work with. This could be really beautiful applied wet as well.

Jailbird is a metallic silver. Let me tell you, this is the most pigmented color in the entire palette. You barely have to touch it. It's also extremely soft and easy to work with.

Overall, I 100% recommend this palette, especially for fall.
I think this is going to be the best palette for fall this year.

The colors are beautiful, and I had very few issues with application, as explained above. The packaging is adorable and practical, which doesn't happen all of the time. The price is reasonable at around $4 per shadow.
