This is going to be a quick review of the Milani Runway Eyes Palette in Primary.

These shadows can be used either wet or dry.
So far, I've only used them dry.

The top row of swatches is without primer.
The bottom row is on top of Nyx White Base.

As you can tell, they're pretty nicely pigmented.
They're also smooth, and easy to apply.

The only color that I've had any issues with, so far, is the purple. It applies unevenly and if you try to blend it out, it blends away completely. It's just too chalky.

Also, these seem to fade as the day goes on, but I'm not sure if it's the primer or the eyeshadows.

The rest of the colors have worked fine for me. I've had a lot of creasing issues with them, but I've always used my Nyx HD primer with them, and it's been creasing on me like crazy anyhow, so I believe it is the fault of the primer, not the eyeshadows.

Another issue is in the design of the palette.
The eyeshadow bars are really slim and really close together, making it difficult to pick up a lot of color at once, and to only get one color at a time. If you're using a large brush, you'll end up picking up multiple colors at once.

Also, the palette is really hard to open, and when I say hard, I mean, you might break a nail.
It's kind of a pain.

Overall, I definitely think this is a nice palette, and something you could expect from a drugstore.
They are pretty colors, and very pigmented.

I'm not saying they're anything special, or to rush out and grab them.
In all honesty, you'd be better off putting your money towards the Wet N Wild palettes, those are honestly amazing, and are cheaper as well.

This retails for around $8 & can be found at drugstores, Walmart, Target, Ulta, etc.

Thanks for reading!
