I've told you guys before that I'm working on getting a sleeve. This is something that has been in progress for quite some time, and I'm still trying to get it finished! I had a little more work done yesterday, after having quite a bit done two weeks ago. Unfortunately, it still needs finished, but I can't afford to right now! (Hence, the blog sale!)

Anyway, I'll post some pictures that I took after getting some stuff added two weeks ago!

And since you can't see the other two tattoos that I have on my arm really well, I'll post two older, separate pictures of those:

And because I might as well, I also have a small tattoo on my ankle, so I'll show you that.

Okay, so I now have a total of 8 tattoos, and I'm far from finished. However; all that is left to be done for my half-sleeve is to fill in the background.

I'm getting the other arm done early next year, as long as I can afford to. I'm hoping my situation with money improves soon, but it's not looking good for that right at the moment.

The tattoos I have are all very bright and vibrant, because those are my favorite kind! I have a ton of tattoos that I want, and I plan to eventually get them all!

So, let's go over the order I got them in!

My very first tattoo was the pink lily on my back. I got it when I was 20, about 5 years ago. It's my favorite flower. I now wish that I hadn't gotten it there, as it's in the way of a tattoo I really wanted, but I refuse to cover it!

The second tattoo is the pink sparrow on my shoulder. As you may know, sparrows are the symbol for hope. I got this one when I was 22.

The third tattoo I got is the owl. I love the owl, I've always loved owls. I think they're adorable, and a symbol for wisdom. I got this when I was 23.

The fourth tattoo I got was the diamond on my ankle. It was a spur of the moment thing, as the tattoo shop I always go to was having a Friday the 13th special, any 13 themed tattoo for $13. It's tiny, and cute. It doesn't mean anything, obviously, but I love it. I was 24 when I got this.

Now, as for the last four, I got the outlines for all of them done in one session, and I got two filled in that session. It was a long day. I got them in this order, Sparrow in the bottom, rose on my bicep, rose on the back of my arm, rose on my shoulder. The first day he filled in the rose on my bicep and the rose on the back of my arm.

Yesterday I got the rose on my shoulder and the second sparrow filled in. I'll post pictures after they heal. We also completely re-did the first sparrow I got because it was faded so badly from when I got sunburnt a couple of summers ago. I'll post pictures of it as well, as soon as it's healed.

As far as piercings, you guys already know that I have my ears done twice, my belly button pierced, and a medusa.
I used to have my lower lip, nostril and an industrial, but I no longer have any of those.

Okay! That's my first tattoo update, there will be another in a week or so to show what he went over yesterday!

Hope you enjoyed this post! Let me know if you guys want a post about tattoo and piercing aftercare!

Or a post on how I keep my hair red/hot pink.
