Let's talk about something totally different today. Let's talk about cars. I know, it's not what I typically talk about here but it's something we all talk about and make important decisions about.

My husband and I have went back and forth over the past few years about getting a second car. Most families need more than one, but with our current situation we haven't found a real need for it. However, when I do find a job outside of the home, we will need a second car.

This is where cars.com comes in. Cars.com has so much information that is vital when shopping for a new car. Their video and reviews section is so helpful and full of information and it's where I look first when researching cars. Not only that, but you can also search different models of cars, read information about them, and read consumer reviews.

Researching before you purchase is a huge thing that is overlooked and something I overlooked when purchasing my last car. As a blogger, not reading reviews before purchasing anything is against everything I believe in. It's also the mistake I made a few years ago. Don't get me wrong, I love my car but it has a lot of issues that I would have known about if I had done research.

Another thing that is important to do is to make sure you look at multiple dealers before making a decision. You never know what kind of deal you can end up getting and what you'll miss if you don't check a few dealerships.

It's important to know what you're looking for in a car and don't settle for something that isn't what you want. You will regret it. A car is a huge purchase and a commitment and you need to remember that.

Just like different makeup products work for different people, different cars suit different people. Test drive a few different ones before settling on one.

Make sure you check out cars.com!

I know this isn't something that I normally talk about, but since it's something that I've thought a lot about lately I figured it would be good to share and I hope it's helpful!
