Oh yes. I started this yesterday, and forgot to post. I'm officially on a no-buy, spending ban, whatever you wanna call it, with one exception. Lol. I know. But, I've been dying to get the Maybelline Vivids lipsticks. There are 3 that I want, and I figured with my hubby being laid off and me only working 1 day a week, I wouldn't be able to get them anyway.
But, my husband actually got a call back from his old job. He's been laid off for over a year, and they're finally bringing him back! That means I can buy a couple of the lipsticks that I want, but outside of that, I am on a no-buy for the next two months.
So, I'll be posting updates on things that I'm dying to buy when my no-buy is up. Yay! I was also one of the lucky people who got an extra box from Influenster for winning a challenge, so now I have doubles of a couple of products, which means another small giveaway soon, in addition to the one that's going now.
I absolutely love having giveaways for you guys. I love giving things back, so I'm excited about this.
It's obviously going to take us a little while to get things sorted back out, but it's going to be a lot easier now, and I'm still looking for another job as well. I'm kind of excited for things to improve for us. It's been a really hard year, and having your support has been an amazing help!

ReplyDeleteGood luck! I started my no buy January 1st and it's going for 3 months, so I can buy something on April 2nd lol. I do admit, it's been hard but I haven't cracked once, which for me is awesome. You can really do it if you put your mind to it!
